IT Service Desk
Staffed by experienced ITS support staff, the IT Service Desk provide full telephone support for the Murdoch community.
If you can't find the help you need in the IT Knowledgebase, the IT Service Desk should be your next point of contact - from Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 11:00pm and 10:00am to 5:00pm on Saturday and Sunday - for questions about supported applications and hardware.
For staff who have problems that can't be solved over the telephone, an appointment will be made for an IT Support Officer to make an on-site visit. All problems are assigned priorities, so if your issue is critical, you can be assured of priority attention.
We also run the IT Services Counter, located in the Library, North Wing (Murdoch Campus), Level 2.

Record or check a request in our job management systemIf you are able to login, you may record a request for assistance directly into our job management system. Requests are monitored and prioritised by IT Service Desk staff regularly. Once you know your job number, you can even check back to follow the progress of your request. |
