I'm a student, I've forgotten my Murdoch Password, what do I do?
You can reset your password by using this link to the Murdoch Password Reset form.
When prompted, enter:
- Murdoch Username
- Date of birth
When asked to nominate the delivery method for your new Murdoch Password, select from:
- Post
- SMS
Be aware that this reset service will use your personal details held in MyInfo (ie. postal address, mobile phone number). If your details are out of date, you will need to contact the Student Centre and they will update the out-of-date contact details on your behalf. You will then be able to use the Murdoch Password Reset form.
Note: If you are unable to use the Murdoch Password Reset facility because you do not have ready access to a computer and the Internet, then you will need to phone the IT Service Desk on (08) 9360 2000.
OUA students
NOTE: If you are an OUA student who is unable to have your Murdoch Password sent to you via sms and where sending a password to you by mail is not a convenient option, you will need to contact the IT Service Desk and ask them to access and print the OUA Password Request Sign-Off form and then complete the procedure to provide you with a new Murdoch Password.
Your new Murdoch Password will be a set of randomly generated characters. If you wish to change this Murdoch Password, refer to the articles listed below:
