Finding the right form

You can do quite a lot of stuff online yourself through MyInfo or MyMurdoch or by letting someone know at The Student Centre what you need done.

Sometimes you need to formally ask for changes or make a request and we ask you to fill in a form.

• As an attachment to a MyAnswers enquiry, this is the best way as you can easily track it and we can respond directly to you by email.

• In person at either the assignment drop box (by Counter 6, next to the cashier, no ticket required) or the external drop box at the southern end of The Student Centre.
