The OnTrack Program

What is OnTrack?
OnTrack is a 14-week, pre-university enabling program that provides an alternative entry pathway into Murdoch University for people who do not qualify for entry through other pathways. OnTrack provides an opportunity for students to strengthen their academic skills and understanding of university life and study. Following successful completion of OnTrack students are eligible to be offered a place at Murdoch University commencing in the following semester.
OnTrack provides a supportive learning environment where students are assisted to develop their academic reading and writing, analytical and information finding skills. Students are also guided in developing effective study habits, learning strategies and collaborative working skills. OnTrack utilises an integrated curriculum that addresses the foundational skills and understandings required by all Murdoch University Courses and also allows students to investigate areas of interest related to their future study. Overall, OnTrack offers a realistic sense of what study at Murdoch University is like and provides an excellent preparation for a wide range of Murdoch's undergraduate degree courses.
NB: Enrolment in OnTrack is approved by Centrelink as full-time study.
